Terms of Service

These terms govern use of LearnLoops, a learning platform provided by iLX Studios, LLC (“LearnLoops,” “we,” “us”). By using LearnLoops you agree to them. If you use LearnLoops on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
The service
LearnLoops turns your organization's material into learning experiences — music-driven learning content, courses, assessments, certifications, and spoken AI practice — on an LMS foundation that hosts SCORM, xAPI, and media content, with team administration and reporting. We keep improving the service; features may change as it evolves.
Accounts and organizations
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and your account information accurate. Organization administrators control their organization's workspace: memberships, roles, assignments, and access rules. Organizations are responsible for having the right to enroll their learners and for how they use learner records.
Your content
Your organization owns the material it uploads and the learning content created from it. You grant us the license needed to host, process, and display that content in order to run the service — including AI processing to generate and deliver learning experiences. You can export the content you create at any time; you are never locked in. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you upload.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content or activity, no infringing other people's rights, no attempting to break, probe, or overload the platform or access data that isn't yours, and no reselling the service without an agreement with us.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly, on active learners only — dormant and suspended learner accounts are free and keep their records. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts; you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Creator accounts are free. AI generation is not metered. Trials
Free trials give full access for the stated period. At the end of a trial, continued use requires a paid plan; your content remains exportable.
Third-party services
The service is built on third-party infrastructure (hosting, authentication, email and SMS delivery, AI model providers). Sign-in options include email codes and Google sign-in, which are subject to those providers' terms where applicable.
Our intellectual property
LearnLoops — the software, design, and brand — belongs to iLX Studios, LLC. These terms don't grant you rights in the platform beyond using it as intended.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable and useful, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and training outcomes depend on many factors outside any platform's control. AI-generated content should be reviewed by your organization before use where accuracy is critical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts your organization paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your organization can export its content; we then delete or de-identify data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and communicate material changes to organization administrators. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to iLX Studios, LLC in the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
