Terms of Service

The service

LearnLoops turns your organization's material into learning experiences — music-driven learning content, courses, assessments, certifications, and spoken AI practice — on an LMS foundation that hosts SCORM, xAPI, and media content, with team administration and reporting. We keep improving the service; features may change as it evolves.

Accounts and organizations

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and your account information accurate. Organization administrators control their organization's workspace: memberships, roles, assignments, and access rules. Organizations are responsible for having the right to enroll their learners and for how they use learner records.

Your content

Your organization owns the material it uploads and the learning content created from it. If you subscribe as an individual, you have those same ownership rights in the material you upload and the learning content created from it. You grant us the license needed to host, process, and display that content in order to run the service — including AI processing to generate and deliver learning experiences. You can export the content you create at any time; you are never locked in. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you upload.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content or activity, no infringing other people's rights, no attempting to break, probe, or overload the platform or access data that isn't yours, and no reselling the service without an agreement with us.

Billing

Self-service paid plans are monthly subscriptions with a fixed price and an included active-learner limit. Your selected plan's monthly price and capacity are shown before purchase. Each billing period is charged at your selected plan's monthly rate; having fewer active learners does not automatically reduce that charge. Dormant and suspended learner accounts keep their records. Individual plans are paid subscriptions, and creator access follows the selected plan. AI generation is not metered.

There are no setup fees or long-term subscription commitments. Base self-service prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Checkout shows the applicable currency, taxes and total before you authorize a purchase. After you authorize a paid subscription at checkout, it renews monthly until canceled.

For purchases identified as Sold through Link, Stripe's applicable merchant-of-record entity handles the payment transaction, applicable indirect taxes within its supported coverage, and transaction support. LearnLoops remains responsible for providing and supporting the LearnLoops product. Link's applicable purchase terms are presented at checkout: https://link.com/terms. Supported locations and payment methods vary; these terms do not promise worldwide availability or worldwide tax coverage.

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, subject to additional rights under applicable law. Manage or cancel a Sold through Link subscription through your Link account at https://link.com. Link also handles payment-method and billing-address management. For a separately contracted subscription, follow the process in that agreement. For help, contact help@learnloops.ai.

Refund requests for Sold through Link purchases are handled under Link's refund policy and applicable law. Link's protections prevail over a more restrictive seller policy. This is not an unconditional money-back guarantee. You can request transaction support at https://support.link.com/topics/sold-through-link and review the policy at https://support.link.com/questions/sold-through-link-refunds. A refund request alone does not cancel recurring billing or request deletion of LearnLoops data. If you also want future charges to stop, cancel the subscription separately. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights.

Plan details and current pricing are published at https://learnloops.ai. Any separate signed agreement continues to govern the matters it covers; this update does not transfer an existing contract between companies.

Trials

The standard new-account trial lasts seven days from activation. A valid promotional offer may specify a different duration; the applicable trial period is shown when activated. Free trials give full access for that period. No payment card is required to begin the initial trial, and creating a no-card account does not by itself authorize recurring charges.

If you select a paid subscription and complete checkout during the trial, the existing trial end is preserved. Checkout explains when billing begins, the amount and frequency of charges, and how to cancel. Completing checkout can authorize monthly charges after the trial. If you do not complete paid checkout, continued use after the trial requires a paid plan. Your content remains exportable.

Third-party services

The service is built on third-party infrastructure (hosting, authentication, email and SMS delivery, AI model providers). Sign-in options include email codes and Google sign-in, which are subject to those providers' terms where applicable.

Our intellectual property

The LearnLoops software, design, brand and underlying technology remain the property of their respective owners, including iLX Studios, LLC and applicable licensors. These terms grant you only the right to use the platform as intended and do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable and useful, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and training outcomes depend on many factors outside any platform's control. AI-generated content should be reviewed by your organization before use where accuracy is critical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you or your organization paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your organization can export its content; we then delete or de-identify data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://learnloops.ai/privacy.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and communicate material changes to organization administrators. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to iLX Studios, LLC in the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
